This is the Easiest Pastry Recipe You'll Ever Make

It's been quite a bit since you've last heard from me! I've been busy in the kitchen testing recipes for you and coming up with some new ideas of things to bake! The summer months make it so easy to bake, because there just so much in season! My favourite season is upon us, peaches!

I have a new recipe for you today - Pate Brisee - or flakey pastry. This is an amazing all-purpose pastry that allows you to use for anything from quiches to pies to tarts. Pate Brisee is my go-to pastry, not only because it is so easy to make, but the recipe only has a handful of ingredients!
